Ingredients

1.25 lbs Beef High quality cut.
1.5 lbs thinly sliced Mushrooms
1/2 thinly sliced slivers Sweet Onion
1 clove minced Garlic
1/2 cup (one stick) Butter
1 cup Beef Stock
3 Tablespoons Dry Sherry Wine
2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2.5 Tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sour Cream Pure, natural, whole fat!
1 lb Egg Noodles Wide, buttered noodles!
1/4 cup fine chopped Parsley

    Dredge thinly sliced beef in flour.

    Saute beef in 1/4 cup butter about two minutes per side, and then set aside.

    Saute garlic, sweet onions, and mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter, and then set aside.

    In same pan with drippings, stir in flour and brown, add tomato paste, and then add beef stock, sherry wine, and Worcestershire.

    Simmer above, then add sour cream and continue to simmer another three minutes or so.

    Add meat, onion and mushroom mixture, and salt. Mix thoroughly and simmer another two-three minutes.

    Serve immediately over wide, buttered, egg noodles.

    Garnish with fresh parsley.
