Ingredients

1/2 lb Beef Chuck
1/2 lb Pork Ground
1/2 lb Veal Ground
1 cup Bread Crumbs Italian seasoned
1/4 cup Parsley Fresh
1/4 cup Romano Cheese Imported
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper Fresh ground

Mix all ingredients by hand.

Shape into the size of your choice.

Add to homemade sauce one hour before serving OR bake in oven.

If baking, then bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
Best made IN THE SAUCE, because the favor of the meat is added in the sauce. Also, the sauce keeps the meatballs very moist!
