Ingredients

2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 large, thin sliver slices Sweet Onion
1 quart, thin sliced Mushrooms
3, cubed Roma or Plum Tomato
2 large, sliced into 3/4 inch Green Pepper
1 stick, cubed Butter
1 to 1.5 pounds, sliced or cubed Beef Steak
1/3 to 1/2 cup Red Wine
1/2 cup Beef Stock
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup uncooked White Rice

    Saute extra virgin olive oil, onions, and mushrooms adding one ingredient at a time.

    Add tomatoes, then green peppers.

    Slice or cube steak, dredge in flour and saute in a separate pan with 1/2 stick butter. Add wine, beef stock, and soy sauce.

    Mix vegetables into the beef.

    Cook rice separate.

    Serve over rice.
