Ingredients

1.5 lbs Beef Ground chuck and sirloin mixed.
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs Italian seasoned.
1/4 cup Romano Cheese Imported.
1/4 cup Sweet Onion Finely chopped.
1/4 cup Parsley Finely chopped.
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Milk optional
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper Fresh ground tellicherry

Mix beef and onions.

Add bread crumb, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix thoroughly and shape into desired size.

In adding to sauce, it would enhance the sauce flavor, and the sauce will cook the meatballs slower. The meatballs retain their size or slighly expand in the sauce. Remember, you will have less sauce as the meatballs will absorb sauce.

If baking, meatballs will shrink.

Best way: Slightly brown meatballs either in a frying pan or in the oven, and then add to sauce including all drippings.
