5 3/4 cups Flour Marie likes Ceresota Flour brand
2 envelopes Dry Yeast Fresh
Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Water Warm tepid
Vegetable Oil

In a bowl, pour warm tepid water, sprinkle yeast, salt, and a little sugar.

Yeast will foam.

In a flour well, add yeast mixure and knead thoroughly.

Lightly oil bowl, place dough in bowl, oil the top of the dough, and cover with a dish towel to allow to rise for approximately three (3) hours..

Punch dough down and allow to rise again for another 20 minutes.

Oil pizza pan, spread dough to desired thickness.

IF you would a thicker crust, allow to rise on pizza pan for anouther 20-30 minutes.

Add desired toppings, i.e. sauce, meat, vegetables, cheese.

Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
