4 medium Artichokes
1 cup Bread Crumbs Italian seasoned.
3 Tablespoons Romano Cheese
1/4 cups finely chopped Parsley
1-2 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 cup melted Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 - 1/3 teaspoon Pepper
Lemon Optional garnish to taste.

Rinse artichokes thoroughly and set aside upside down to drain access water.

Pull off smaller or brownish leaves from the outside.

Cut stem, knife cut 1/8 inch from top, and then hand clip each additional spike tip.

Place artichokes In boiling salt water for 20 to 25 minutes stirring often. The artichokes are done when the outside leaves pull off easily.

Place artichokes bottoms up on a baking dish. Save liquid!

Combined dry ingredients: bread crumb, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Saute garlic in butter.

Combine above ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Gently separate the artichoke spikes and generously stuff each with the mixture.

Drizzle artichoke liquid, about a tablespoon, onto each artichoke.

Drizzle melted butter over each artichoke, and add salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
